Weighing module installation precautions

Pay attention to horizontal adjustment, including the adjustment between the mounting plane of a single module and a group of weighing modules.

1, welding current can not pass through the sensor. When welding the roof, the ground wire should be connected with the scale body. When welding the bottom plate, the ground wire should be connected to the foundation to prevent damage to the sensor.

2, if there is a feed pipe on the scale body, the hose should be replaced, or the connecting pipe should be as long as possible to prevent them from eating the real load of the sensor and causing errors.

3, need to weld a weight inspection table on the container for verification. In general, there is no place for counterweight on the container. It is necessary to weld a counterweight table. It is usually welded to the bottom of the container, making it easier to move the weight up and down.

4, the junction box must be moisture-proof, excess holes with sealing plug plug. If the junction box is placed outside, a protective box must be added in case of rain. When using the junction box, the failure caused by moisture often occurs, so we must pay enough attention to it.

Weighing module debugging precautions:

1. Before debugging, check whether the top nut of the supporting screw of each weighing module is loose and whether the sleeve is in a free state. Otherwise, there will be a big error and it will not even be possible to weigh.

2, debugging, factory check that each parameter value meets the actual needs, mainly in the "reset" boot quantity, the factory will "start automatic reset", the size of the container should be set to "do not start automatic reset", to prevent due to power outage and other reasons, when opened again, the material weight of the container is reset and lost.

3, the range setting does not include the total load of a group of weighing modules, nor does it include the weight of the container itself. However, the range greater than or equal to the larger range should be selected according to the larger material weighing from manual to boundary degree and boundary value.

4, the power supply voltage of the weighing indicator must meet the requirements. If the voltage is unstable and exceeds the allowed range, it will cause digital drift. It is better to use stable power supply.
