When choosing a weighing sensor, we must first take into account the actual working environment, which can affect whether the sensor can work normally, the service life of the sensor and even the reliability and safety of the entire weighing device. So what are the errors that the load cell can produce?
First, characteristic error:
This error is mainly caused by the DC drift value of the device itself, the incorrect slope or the non-linear slope, we should often listen to a word "ideal and reality is a big gap", and the load sensor is the same, there is a certain gap between the characteristics of the load sensor ideal transfer function and the real characteristics of the sensor.
2. Application error:
This error is mainly caused by operation, and the main reasons for this error are sensor installation errors, incorrect insulation between the sensor and the measurement site, and errors in the purification process of air or other gases.
Third, dynamic error:
This error is mainly because the sensor will have strong resistance under static conditions, so the response speed to the change of the input parameters is relatively slow, even after a few seconds to sense.
4. Environmental error:
This error is because the load cell will also cause errors due to some external environmental factors such as temperature, wind, vibration, and altitude.
