Weighing module is a new type of sensor application structure. It not only ensures the high precision and good long-term stability of the shear beam sensor, but also solves the problem of weighing error caused by improper device. It is a serviceable construction accessory for sensors. It is composed of a roof, a base plate, a weighing sensor, a load supporting column and a supporting bolt. According to the different load supporting column and roof, it is divided into three kinds of fixed, semi-floating and floating structures.

In a weighing system, a fixed module is used, a semi-floating module is used, and the other is supplemented by floating modules, which are generally divided into three sets and four sets. A set of three is used for three-point supports, and a set of four is used for four-point supports. The weighing module can be easily installed on containers of various shapes and is suitable for retrofitting existing equipment, whether it is a container, hopper or reactor, with the weighing module, it can be turned into a weighing system.

The weighing module is sometimes called a weighing sensor, and the weighing sensor is sometimes called a "transmitter ". Should all belong to the imitation control, after the change of external pressure, causing the change of strain gauge resistance, output current or voltage. Of course, this is just one type of load cell. The varieties of sensors include: photoelectric type, hydraulic type, electromagnetic force type, capacitance type, magnetic pole change mode, vibration type, gyro ceremony, resistance strain type and so on.

However, the weight sensor products used in practice today all adopt a modular design, safe and convenient, through the fixed, semi-floating, fully floating, to install the module, adjust the weighing system, complete automatic control, weighing module weighing principle: taking a typical chemical reaction kettle scale as an example, the device at the bottom of the three pressure will transmit the weight signal of the kettle body to the junction box.

In the junction box, the signal of each weighing module is connected in parallel, and the weight signal after aggregation can be sent to the weighing end or the weight transmitter according to the difference of the Angle of each weighing module under load. Weighing terminal or weight transmitter will be the weight signal into the corresponding weight data, weighing module is a new type of weighing element, it is the weight sensor, load transfer installation and device connector and other components together, can be very convenient and a variety of shapes of mechanical installation, such as raceway, platform, vertical tank, tank, hopper and so on.
